Flamboyant is located on Diani Beach on the southern coast of Kenya.
Based around what used to be a family home, this ten room lodge is still operated by the original owners, the Barbour family and also includes two well known restaurants, Ali Barbour’s Cave and the Forty Thieves.
Although not architecturally the most attractive, this place is a very personable and well run operation.
The downside, as always in Diani, is the amount of development in the area. Rustic lodge on a deserted beach this is not, but it is nonetheless one of the better medium priced options on this beach.
