Food preparation time is approximately 30 minutes as all food is prepared fresh whenever possible. We shall be delighted to accommodate any special requests given availability of ingredients and invite your direct input to the Chef.

 

Guest Questionnaire: We would be grateful if you could convey any sentiments you may have by filling in a guest questionnaire. These may be dropped into the box situated by the restaurant entrance. The guest questionnaires come directly to Senior Management and are used to improve restaurant standards.

 

Complaints: We wish to satisfy your needs. Should you have any complaints, please convey them to the restaurant supervisor. If you feel the food portion is not enough, please do not hesitate to ask for more. If the quality or taste is not to your expectation, we ask you to request for an alternative. Cash refunds are not given. However, we will try to address all reasonable  complaints.

 

Staff Appreciation: Our staff would be very thankful of ” A baksheesh.” A tip box is situated by the entrance and all tips are shared equally by the staff at the end of the month.
