A bungalow, built in colonial style, with spacious verandas overlooking the Lake Naivasha Valley. A small park featuring characteristic Euforbi trees, which resemble seaweed in shape, surrounds the house. Guests can enjoy several spacious bedrooms with ensuite modern bathrooms. They can also make use of the spacious veranda, living room with a fireplace and the pool. The chef serves Italian as well as local dishes.

Kongoni Game Valley
Kongoni Game Valley is a private park located near Lake Naivasha, 120 km from Nairobi. Hidden within is the unique, luxurious Kongoni Lodge providing excellent, personalized entertainment for small groups of guests. They can find accommodation in a spacious house, surrounded by large verandas and a garden with a swimming pool. The house is decorated in the early twentieth century style, includes a dozen bedrooms with double beds and modern bathrooms. The chef serves local and Italian cuisine.
The surrounding flora and fauna can be admired during a safari, organized by hosts, providing an intimate atmosphere and an unforgettable experience. Guests are provided with two off-road cars (two Range Rovers and a Land Rover), a helicopter and horses. You can also go on a guided walk or take a boat trip on Lake Naivasha and admire hippos and numerous species of birds (over 400).
Kongoni Game Valley occupies 1,000 acres of hills and plains, natural migration routes of animals run across the ranch.
Animals can be viewed in the evening, when they come for an evening graze. They feed in peace and quiet – unlike in most other reserves, where cars and cameras constantly surround them.
Around Lake Naivasha there are at least two sites worth visiting: a lake in a volcano crater and the Hell’s Gate National Park. The name Hell’s Gate is derived from gas fumes and hot springs found on its territory. One can also see interesting rock formations resembling huge icicles. There are herds of Thompson’s gazelles characterized by a brown stripe, Grant’s gazelles, largest in Africa Eland antelopes and zebras roaming free in the park.
