Mara Simba Lodge – Masai Mara

Location & Description

Mara Simba lodge is a comfortable, exclusive lodge on the banks of the Talek River in the Masai Mara reserve. It was designed to complement its surroundings and is decorated in traditional Maasai style. The lodge is set in a landscaped indigenous garden, but most of the property including the riverfront, remains untouched. Well-lit pathways link guest rooms to the dining area, bar, shaded deck, pool and shop.

Room Feature

Mara Simba lodge has 84 twin-, double and triple guest rooms, arranged in clusters of six, in stone and wood bandas (huts). The rooms are spacious and can accommodate extra beds. Each room has an en suite shower and opens onto a private veranda, overlooking the river

Facilities

Mara Simba lodge offers first class dining, with comprehensive menus. Black tie dinners or bush breakfasts and dinners can be organized to add to your ‘Out of Africa’ experience. Traditional Masaai dancers will entertain you, while the flaming African sun sinks behind the plains. Game drives, balloon safaris, walking safaris and bird walks are great activities to enjoy.
